Meedtube+ 1.19.5 — Playback recovery fix

Missing playback details now try an independent alternate source. Failed responses are not cached. If both sources return no details, playback stops with a short retry message instead of a null-pointer stack trace or repeated reloads.

10 recovery tests passed for this flavor. Installation and playback of the reported video still need device confirmation. Development signing certificate. Certificate matches Mobile 1.19.3; install over the existing matching-certificate app to retain data.
